1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using developerios.shop, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services

developerios.shop provides access to Apple Developer accounts (Individual and Corporate) and account renewal services. All accounts are provided as-is for informational and development purposes.

3. Guarantee Terms

We provide a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery, provided that:

• No applications were uploaded to the account
• No devices were linked to the account
• No additional users were added

If the unused account receives a ban within this period, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

4. 2FA Service

After account delivery, clients are added to a private Telegram chat for SMS codes. Phone numbers remain active for 14 days at no charge. Extension costs $5/month. Expired numbers may not be recoverable.

5. Payment Terms

All transactions are conducted through an escrow service. Payment is made only after the client verifies the account meets their requirements. For account renewals, payment is made only after successful renewal.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimer

developerios.shop is not affiliated with Apple Inc. All Apple trademarks and references are used for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, developerios.shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
